What to Expect
At Hamlin Church of the Nazarene, we are becoming and making Christ-like disciples! Here's what to expect: Our Sunday morning services feature a blended style of music with the older hymns combined with modern contemporary songs. Pastor Mike, shares the message God has laid upon his heart. You'll find that prayer is an essential part of our services as we care for each other in worship. You will find a crew of friendly people to help you around our church, show you where to go, and to connect you with the right ministry. You will find many opportunities Sunday evenings and throughout the week for you and your family to get connected in our adult studies, youth ministries, and Hamlin Naz Kidz. We believe that being a disciple of Jesus doesn't just mean being a part of our services, but being in community with other people following Jesus. Check out our different ministry pages for more information under "About" and "Ministries". You will find amazing environments for your children to worship God during our Sunday services. Preschoolers through 6th grade meet in a safe place with our teachers and volunteers. You will find a staffed nursery is available for childcare (newborn through 2 1/2 years) at all of our services. However, this service is optional, so if you would rather keep your children with you, it is fine with us! |
Join Us?
Our services are Sunday mornings 10:45am. We recommend arriving about 15 minutes before the service to allow time for parking, fellowship and seating. Come as you are, in jeans or a suit, we believe all come to worship God just as they are! You will be welcomed by one of our amazing Ushers, who will not only greet you, they'll help direct you towards areas in the church, and help you with anything! If you have kids, you can check in your child with our amazing Kidz volunteers and teachers giving your kids the opportunity to worship in an environment they love. If you don't know where to go, ask an usher and they will help you! If you'd like to get more connected with our church, fill out a worship card and give it to one of our volunteers on Sunday morning or place it in the offering plate. And don't forget your kids at the end of service. We would love to have you join us at Hamlin Church of the Nazarene! |
